Sarah Holmes-Klotz joined Santhera as the Global Head of People and Culture in March 2022. Sarah brings more than 15 years HR experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on building high-performing culture and teams both in the US and Europe. Prior to joining Santhera, Sarah was an HR Director at Arxada in Basel, Switzerland and lead the SPS Business Unit through transformation and carve-out from Lonza. Previous to Arxada, she was the Head of HR for Adello Biologics a pre-commercial biosimilar company. Additionally she led the HR function at Grunenthal USA and was an HR consultant in Germany. Sarah began her career in Human Resources at Genzyme.

Sarah holds an MBA from Boston College as well as a MA and BA from Boston University.
