Our annual performance management process (PMP) applies to all company positions and is implemented in all the countries in which we operate. At the beginning of each year, employees and managers agree on individual goals together, in line with the corporate goals and business plan.
We expect our employees to take responsibility for delivering their goals and hold them accountable for their performance during the year. At the same time, each of our managers has the responsibility to ensure that employees receive the coaching, resources and support they need to achieve their goals, as well as opportunities to develop inside our organization.
